Harvest Apple Crisp
This recipe from Margaret Nur was one of the winner's of the Apple Recipe Competition at the Canadian Baking and Sweets Show.

Ingredients
| 12 | Ontario apples, preferably McIntosh | |
| 1 cup, and 1 tbsp | flour | 255mL |
| 1/4 cup | sugar | 60mL |
| 1 tbsp | molasses | 15mL |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon | 5mL |
| 1/4 tsp | tsp salt | 1mL |
| 6 tbsp | chopped butter | 90mL |
| 1 cup | oats | 240mL |
Directions
Peel the apples and slice them. Toss with 1 tbsp. flour. Place in a large, buttered flan dish. Mix up the white sugar with the molasses. Stir in remaining ingredients with the sugar mixture and mix until a soft crumb forms. Sprinkle on top of the apples in the dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven until top is golden brown and apples are soft when pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes, give or take.
